As soon as I entered the store I was greeted. Within minutes I was being assisted by an associate. The associate made suggestions and answered all my questions. I came in the store to purchase one charm and ended up buying 3. Since the associate told me about the ongoing promotion I spent over $125 to get free earrings. I'm happy with my charms as well as my earrings!

She was very knowledgeable of the items and took her time and showed me all of the items I wanted to purchase. I always purchase all of my Pandora Jewelry from this Pandora location. The store was not crowded and I don't have to wait. The salesperson was very friendly and don't mind sharing her selection of charms while helping me decide what chose to make for myself. She is a very good listener. I look forward to her assisting me again when I make my next purchase.

I have been looking at the reflexions collection for a few months and on a whim I decided to go into the store and check it out. Kelly, the sales associate, stopped what she was doing and allowed me to try on the different colors and sizes until I decided on the rose gold bracelet. She was very patient and helpful with advise on the size. After the sale she informed me about the care and gave me helpful hints for the care of my other Pandora bracelets. The overall experience was wonderful and I will ask for Kelly next time I visit that store.
