I was looking for a birthday gift for my sister. She had mentioned a specific item that she liked. Amanda was very nice and very helpful.

I was just browsing through the store and Amanda was very respectful and walked up to me and my boyfriend with a friendly demeanor. We asked her for promise rings and she pulled some out that were good quality and fairly decent prices. She allowed me to try on some of the rings and helped me found the perfect one. She was very determined to sell the ring that I liked and we ended up buying it.

I have visited this location multiple times. Each time, I have been welcomed, given great advice on charms selection as well as tips on how to keep my bracelets clean. The staff is very professional courteous and knowledgeable.

Most of what I saw online was in the store, there was a wide variety of charms. Wish some of the bead charms came in clip charms.

As soon as i walked in Kirsten # 157033 was very helpful and just went straight into helping me with my merchandise. Great customer service.
