Each time I walk into the store it brings a smile to my face. The presentation of the merchandise is very pleasing to the eye. I always leave pleased with my purchase.

It was a very enjoyable experience was able to find 2 of the 3 charms I was looking for.

The sales staff was very helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for in a graduation present for my daughter. I was shown various charms and bracelets as well as given suggestions for future purchases or things for myself should I want to get Pandora jewelry of my own. Likewise of great importance to me was not being in the store for an unnecessarily excessive amount of time. I was in and out and quite pleased with my purchase in less than 20 min. The store was well kept and I appreciated the variety Pandora offers to customize your purchase with your intended recipient in mind.
