Whenever I’ve shopped in this store I have always been satisfied with the service. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My sales associate was Carrie. She is a very personable person and makes you feel like you matter as a customer and your satisfaction is important. She explained to me how to take care of my bracelet. She also took time to make sure I had my charms arranged on the bracelet to show how each charm had a special meaning to me and was beautifully displayed. She had patience in helping me make my selections and made sure I was satisfied with the charm I selected. Carrie is the reason I returned to the store after my initial visit on Saturday. I returned to the store on Monday because I did not have my Pandora bracelet with me on Saturday and I was purchasing additional charms. I mentioned to Carrie that I had a bracelet at home, told her I would like to bring my bracelet to the store and she agreed that would be helpful and she would hold my selections until I returned. That was not the only reason I returned it was because she was so patient and helpful and had such a pleasant personality. I took a survey online with an airline before and they asked "would you hire this person" yes I would hire Carrie excellent customer care. Thanks Carrie for my great experience.!

Pandora has nice product for decent prices. I found several items that I like.

immediately when i enter u was greeted the sales representative attended to me and help me find the charms jessica also palce my charms in a way that was more pleasing.

The sales associate was very helpful in helping me to find the right charm for my daughters gift when I was unsure about what I wanted to get her. Kirsten was kind and listened to what my needs were and was not pushy.

I came in to get my bracelet cleaned and the sales associate was very helpful. She told me that it would take 15 minutes or so. So I left the store and when I returned to pick my bracelet up (which looked BRAND NEW AGAIN) the sales associate spoke about some new charms. I took a look at the charms and ended up purchasing 2 more charms for my bracelet!!! Thanks so much!!! Excellent customer service!!!
