Multiple associates asked if I needed assistance. They gave me time to browse the store without being overly assertive. The associate that assisted me was friendly, patient and although seemed to be a new, was knowledgeable and open to learning. I applied for credit and it was their first time doing one. She did great!

My pick up on Black Friday was quicker than I imagine I came prepared to wait, but I was in and out so quickly. Thanks to the organizing of pick up system the store manager has set up.

I was greeted when I walked in…the wonderful salesperson gave me space to look over the store and allowed me to take my time and call her over when I was ready. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant, definitely knew the merchandise and patient. Loved my shopping experience so much I purchased more than planned and really enjoyed myself. Plus it helped they had a wonderful sale going on.

Danaja (sp?) greeted me when I first entered the store, even though her hands were full. No wait and she was friendly and very helpful.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a worker. As I was picking out my jewelry she waited patiently and was very understand. Throughout the entire process she was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and listened to everything that i said and gave me recommendations. She knew exactly what I wanted and took the time to put the bracelets together for me.
