My experience at this store was great. My salesperson Khia was very knowledgeable and was very professional. Would definitely go back to this Pandora store again.

I received a pandora bracelet for christmas and it was the incorrect size. When I arrived at the store it was very clean and the products looked fantastic. The staff immediately ask me if I needed assistance and replaced the bracelet with the correct size. I am very happy and I know I will be returning in the future. Great job Pandora!

Your sales associate Khia, was very helpful. She took her time in everything she did, she walked me through every step, she showed me how to wrap my gifts. She double checked the sizes for me like 3 times, with no problem she made me feel very comfortable asking her questions. She also got me gift receipts and knew a lot about the rings. She deserves a raise for real.

Went to purchase gift card and sales rep were polite, courteous. I was able to make transaction on a debit card with no problems. I was attended to immediately upon entering store, made my purchase and was out of store with 20 minutes. Fast, courteous service!
