This was my first Pandora purchase. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even thought the charm I specifically went to purchase was sold out, we were able to purchase it and be notified when it comes in.

The store's display of merchandise was excellent and made it easy to clearly view all items. The store was extremely clean and neat. The sales associate, Terrell, had extensive and accurate knowledge of the merchandise I was interested in. The merchandise is so beautiful and affordable that you want to buy everything in the store. I'm already planning my next purchase.

Walked in to get some charms and claps for my bracelet and was greeted by Leslie T with a smile and how can I help you. Told her what I was looking for and she showed me what I wanted and made some suggestions. Really nice experience.

Went in to get the signature Pandora ring because of the sale. They had the size I needed and a variety of other items I was looking into purchasing. The items that I was interested in were sold out online so for them to have a good variety left was great.

I am highly satisfied with the level of customer service, this is my fourth time in the store and I have had four different sales associates and they all have been just outstanding. Today I worked with Tia and she was just so professional and her positive attitude is to be commended. The store is always clean and well stocked.
