The Sales Associate Ms.Shenikqua was excellent! She had great customer service, was very knowledgeable of the store products and most importantly friendly. Every time I go to that store location I love being being assisted by her! EXCELLENT!!!!

I was buying a bracelet for my daughters 25th birthday and the sales associate even had my grandson interested in picking out a charm for his mother.

Everyone in the store was very nice and often asked if I needed assistance. I like to look for myself before I need help. Terrell ended up being the one to help when I was ready and he was awesome

As stated above the sales rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. The store was located a very nice mall. And last but not least the store was very clean and organized.

Great customer service was given for a second time. This was my second time visiting the store at St. Charles Towne Center and I was very please with the overall interaction with the sales attendant and knowledge.

Upon leaving the store, I was informed by one of your employees that my purchased bracelet was not inside the box but had slipped out onto the counter. If I had not been called back into the store, I would have unknowingly given my wife an empty box. Although the Waldorf, MD store is closer to my home, I am hesitant to return for future Pandora jewelry purchases due to this experience.

It's just a purchase. Never rate highly satisfied on surveys. Pandora pieces are to small for my taste.
