My overall experience visiting the store for the first time was great. The sales associate was attentive and professional.

I was not satisfied with the price of my items. Its the Holiday season and I expected more sales and was told the sale only ran for a short while...not satisfactory

Need more charm options. I feel like voices are somewhat limited. But overall the service was fine I think a better selection could have made the experience better

I have a entire Pandora bracelet that charms will not stay affixed to, it was a complete waste of money. Instead of informing me that the bracelet was discontinued because of this issue I was allowed to purchase replacement charms.

Two of the workers in the store we’re not customer friendly. However, the lady that assisted me was extremely helpful and friendly

When I walked in, 3 associates were stocking merchandise or doing some inventory. Although one lady said, "hello" no one looked up from what they were doing. Then I had to explain that I was new to Pandora so the young lady could help me appropriately.

The sales associate was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The sales associate cleaned my charms and bracelets that I own and purchased from St. Charles Mall location. Lastly, the sales associates assisted with the purchase of a new charm with my 10% off birthday coupon.

We were eligible for two free promotional bracelets based on the amount we spent. They only had small sizes left. They fit snuggly, but they were at least better than large or extra larges that would have been too big. The sales woman also seemed new because she didn’t know how to open the dangle pendants.
