I tried to use a coupon at this pandora and the sales associate told me that “this store doesn’t do coupons.”

Saw dirty tissue on counter tops. Long wait, but sales rep was friendly.

The ME bracelet is very difficult to work with. I had to take it to the store to have staff put on a charm which took an awful long time. Not a great bracelet

This was an event where I already knew what I wanted. Didn't need much assistance or coaching. Experience from the Service Rep. was good no issues or concerns. I liked her.

I was barely greated when i entered the store. The sales girl was leaning against the counter and very unfriendly and chewing gum. I then moved away from her to wait another 8-10 min before ANY other associate approached me. I was about to walk out..noone even seemed to care.

When I walked into the store the sales associate asked if I needed some help to which I said yes and from then on she was very helpful in showing me charms and laying them out for me to see, giving me a wide range to choose from, also she was very friendly and that made me more comfortable.

I was HIGHLY satisfied

Fake advertising of the product and the rude employee

Sales associates not very friendly. They did not have most of the charms I wanted.

Not as many charms offered as I expected
