This was my first time visiting the Pandora store. Steffanie was extremely helpful in assisting me to pick out a new bracelet since I was dissatisfied with my original one. I was so happy with the new bracelet that I bought an extra kitty charm for it. We shared personal pet stories and, overall, I was very impressed with the welcoming attitude of the entire staff. They all made it a fun visit. Will definitely go back.
