Really two reasons. You have gold items for the bracelets and we have had a really hard time finding gold. Next, the associates were very helpful and patient. We did take up a lot of their time.

Sales associates are eager to help. You feel welcome to browse and no pressure to purchase. It was an enjoyable and fun experience. I ended up with a beautiful rose gold bracelet. Debra was super nice and very patient until I found the perfect pieces. I'm happy to see her every time I stop in to shop.

Associate was extremely helpful, bubbly, and nice! She also offered to put my new charms on my bracelet which was really thoughtful, and complimented me on my themed bracelets just in conversation. She also apologized for a delay in ringing me out due to another customer that was ahead of me who didn’t have enough cash on hand.
