The associates were very kind and helpful making me aware that the line I was buying will be discontinued and I should purchase what I like before it's too late

The sales associates made it easy to pick out and design my items without being pushy and by giving their thoughts and guidance, which included things I never considered.

This was a completely new experience to me shopping at pandora. The store was crowded and a little overwhelming. Trisha came over immediately and offered assistance with a smile and enthusiasm. It was my first time purchasing an item from pandora and Trisha made it such an enjoyable experience. She was able to find me a deal on the initial bracelet which allowed me to buy more charms than I originally thought I could afford. I will definitely be going back within 99 days so that I can treat myself instead. Hopefully Trisha will be there to assist me again. As for now I know on Christmas morning my daughter is going to love this bracelet. Thanks so much for your help Trisha.

Being the week before Christmas the store was busy but the workers were friendly and patient with all of the waiting customers. Once working with the sales girl she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. She took time to show me a few different options for a very special charm that I was looking for.
