I had ease of getting my charm without paying shipping costs. If the store would offer the same sales as online, I would most likely buy more.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long to talk to an associate. The associate was not snobby and acting like I was doing them a favor by waiting on me as I have experienced in other pandora stores.
