I’m a Pandora owner. Pandora makes it easy for beautiful gift selections. Pandora’s become heirlooms worth many memories and more. I’ve started brackets for a few family members over the years.

Amazing experience! As soon as my boyfriend and I entered the store were welcomed by multiple employees. The employee we work with was very sweet and had extensive knowledge about everything we asked about. She helped us pick out the perfect bracelet and charms. The store was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. We would definitely go back again.

The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was my first visit to this Pandora store, I didn’t know there was one in our mall. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, as I kept thinking of adding another of one of my existing charms to one of my bracelets. I was given a free catalog to take home, which made my day! Debra asked great questions and showed me other stunning charms that would go with my existing bracelet even without having my bracelet with me. I never felt rushed and had a positive experience!

Our sales associate, Sonja, was quick to pick up on the fact that my husband and I speak Spanish. She offered to converse with us in Spanish if it made us more comfortable. I’m a native English speaker, but my husband prefers Spanish and it was awesome for him to be able to communicate in his own language without judgement.

I am really happy with my experience and purchase at Pandora. I love my bracelet. I would have liked the store to be a bit bigger. The store was small and sort of crowded. My sales associate was very knowledgeable and was helpful in picking out the charms that would tell my interests and story. I also would have liked to see a bigger selection then the items they have available at this location.
