Good fast service

When I arrived at the store there was a friendly sales staff who greeted me and assisted me while I was in line waiting to enter the store due to COVID-19 protocols. Upon entering the store, I had a wonderful one on one experience with your sales associate Ms. Stoak/Stoke. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Our conversation led me to realize that she was my cousin on my fathers side. This was very special to me because my father had just passed away on January 19, 2021 so it made me feel like he was with me by introducing me to more family. She helped me pick out charms to give to my wife from not only me, but my 18 month old twin sons, Michael and Ethan. The check out was smooth, she rang up the 4 charms that I purchased, placed them neatly in a beautiful pink Valentines day box, the the Pandora bag. Lastly, I was able to get my receipt emailed to me which saves the environment. Thank you for one of the best experiences, if not the best experience I have had since March 2020.
