How friendly the staff are, being able to provide options and the price for the items I want. Wish there were more options as for military and mom's with sons

I was able to find what I was looking for without any issue. I even purchase additional items I recieved a free braclet because of my purchase.

The sales associates were extremely helpful and fixed my bracelet for me. They are amazing at guiding you but not being pushy when making sales.

i was highly satisfied because when i needed help the associate helped me and pointed me in the right direction. The store was also clean and you could social distance. I found exactly what i wanted and needed and it was great.

I was looking for a Christmas gift but really had no idea what I was looking for. The sales ladies were very nice in assisting me and allowing me to look at the options without feeling pressured on making a quick decision which I appreciated as this isn’t something I regularly shopped for. They were great in telling me about the warranty that comes with the item I purchased and they did a beautiful job wrapping the gift for me.

The store was very clean and staff was constantly cleaning. Our salesperson, China was so helpful. She was kind and was well informed. She took the time to help me find rings that fit just right and looked well together!
