When entering the store i was pleasantly greeted by 3 different associates. Following my entrance i was asked if i had any questions or needed help finding anything! The lovely associate then helped me pick out a ring that perfectly fit my finger!

I phoned the store looking for a particular charm, they had the charm I was looking for. I ask the associate if she could hold it for me, she said yes. I immediately went to the store and purchased the charm as well as two other charms.

My sales associate was amazing! I was in for a birthday gift for my mom. She helped me build the perfect bracelet for her!

Greeted while walking in. Helped right away. Was offered many options.

I was very pleased with the service upon entering the store because as I entered a sales representative greeted and assisted me right away, I didn't have to wait. Everything I was looking for was there in the store and if it wasn't the sales person show me something similar.

Very friendly Knowledgeable staff. Very hygienic due to COVID precautions. Just love the ring I purchased. It took me awhile to decide between a few different rings and the lady who was helping me was very accommodating and asked me questions to try and help me to decide.
