My trip to the store was a total surprise from my husband. He called in advance for my charms to make sure they had the ones he wanted me to have then after work he drove us to the mall and surprised me with two more charms. In which the associate had the charms already ready for him.

Actually it was a purchase over the telephone from another store. She was quick pleasant and familiar with item I purchased. It was a busy shopping time which she took time to send a invoice for purchase quickly. Nikky is her name and I will be sure to visit her store. And a shout out to a Shelby for making the call.
