I called to see if they had what I wanted available before I went to the store which was about 4 miles from my home. They had what I wanted and the sales associate that I spoke to remembered me and had my item ready for purchase.

The store was very clean, and their employees were friendly. This was my first experience shopping in Pandora and it was good. Definitely I will come back.
