Good help

I went to Pandora looking for a specific charm, which I had found online and it said the item was available at the Pandora store closest to me. I was so glad that it was actually in stock like the website said, not all stores are accurate. Nikky the sales associate also helped me look at some other items I had been thinking about and there was a specific ring I wanted to see but it wasn't in stock in the store, and she immediately called her Regional Manager to have the ring brought to the store for me to try on within the next 1-3 weeks.

Kaitlin and Ashley were both very helpful in the whole process. I went int looking to return a charm and get something else. They showed me so many options and helped me find a new charm that is perfect for me

The staff was very helpful. I found everything I was looking for. Everything was packaged nicely and the staff marked the gifts so I would know which one was which.

I took my pandora rings to get cleaned. I always have an issue with my rose gold crown ring. The stones turn green & blue every time & no one can figure out what’s causing it. The associate took the rings to clean them & came back with all of my rings. She went over how all the other rings were perfect except for the crown ring. I explained that every time I get it cleaned there the manager exchanges it because of the discoloration. I knew it was still under warranty but I’ve never asked for the exchange before, they’ve just always done it. The girl took the time to make sure the ring was still under warranty & got the managers approval to exchange it for me again. She also gave me a phone number for customer service if this issue happened again since they would be the ones needing to replace it. I was super happy with the outcome & how knowledgeable the associate was! Great experience, as always!

We wanted to have a ring fixed, it was bent. Sales associate advised ring was still under warranty and we traded it in for a new one. Very helpful!
