Everyone there is always so friendly regardless of how busy they are. I had my ring cleaned and I bought another as well as a pair of earrings. Even while I waited another employee made sure I was ok and let me know she could help me if I needed to see anything else

I had returned to this store to buy more charms for my bracelet that I recently got. The associate Nikky was extremely helpful and helped me pick the right charms to go on my bracelet. She was also very knowledgeable about what was in stock and the various products.
