Was greeted as I walked in the store by a very friendly and knowledgeable associate. She made helpful suggestions. She was able to answer all my questions.

Nikky; the sales associate that helped me was wonderful and friendly. She informed me well about all the sales and products. I was well explained about the return policy and the amount of money I would be spending on my products including the discount they were having.

Its always a wonderful experience when I shop for Pandora. I value my bracelets as well as my charms.

The employees were all very nice and friendly. They all jumped to help us as soon as we walked in. My mom had a return and they took care of it swiftly and helped her with what she wanted.

Nikky was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was the salesperson I'd want to always deal with. There were some issues with some items that I REALLY wanted as gifts that weren't available in the store and Nikky went above and beyond to try to locate the items online or at another store, etc... unfortunately there were none, but that was beyond her control. Not her fault
