Pandora Jewelry

I went into this store with my mom just to look around. I overheard someone ask about jewelry cleaning & I asked if I could get my 3 pandora rings cleaned as well. Nikky was the associate that helped me& when she came back with my rings she pointed out that I had stones missing on my Enchanted Crown ring. I hadn’t noticed it, I just though it was dirty. I wasn’t overly concerned but she looked me up to see when I purchased the ring which was only in July of this year. She took my ring to show her manager & they both said that they would return it because it was under warranty still. I had no idea that the ring had a warranty nor did I realize I would be getting a brand new ring at no cost! I was so surprised & pleased with the amazing customer service that I ended up buying another ring while I was there & my mom bought a ring as well! I really appreciate the amazing service that I received by Nikky! She was great!

Although store was crowded due to being just a few days before Christmas, it was still vary easy to obtain assistance from an associate and to be shown merchandise. Store is very bright and displays are well lite.
