The costomer service was amazing. I was having a hard time deciding on which charms I wanted to get, and everyone was so helpful in making sure I was happy with the choice I was making. The whole store got involved in my purchase it was a fun experience, everyone was so kind and funny and wanted 5o make sure I was satisfied.

Great customer service

I came in to exchange a ring for a size larger. The associate was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to exchange for a bigger size with no issues. Exchanging or returning stuff can be a hassle sometimes but the associate made it super easy!

I was pleased to walk right in and be attended to. All of the staff was friendly to me and the customers. Emily assisted me and was able to show me a vast amount of the charms I wanted to see and suggested some of the most beautiful ones I hadn't seen before. She also was very patient with me in my indecisiveness as i tried on lots of jewelry.

The new store is beautiful. The staff is the best,Anais, Stephany, Gloria and Adriana were amazing people taking care of our wants and needs. they gave me the best customer service.
