This was my first visit to this new location. The store was clean & bright, easy to navigate. Diane was not pushy and took the time to let me try on & decide what I wanted to purchase as well as informing be of this survey on my receipt.

The store was pretty and clean. The staff were friendly and complimentary. The packaging of my gift was beautiful.

Friendly atmosphere and very helpful. Victoria was very patient with me. Also helped me pick out the pieces I bought.

The collection of charms changes from time to time and they are all unique and pretty. Love the introduction of new colors to the charms and bracelets. Its a kind of jewelry which never goes out of fashion and looks good with whatever you wear. LOVE PANDORA!!

The store offers very high quality jewelry compared to those like Kay's and Zales. I tend to shop their more for my girlfriends charms now and I couldn't be more satisfied. Other stores charms always had issues and had to be replaced. So far after coming here for a few months I am more than satisfied with the quality of everything.

I called to see if the items I wanted were available at this location, which they were. Victoria assisted me by locating and placing the items on hold for me to pick up that evening. Upon entering the store I was greeted and the items that were placed on hold for me were obtained. The sales associate also assisted me with picking out and trying on a bracelet. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. I'm so happy there is currently a location at this mall in the Harrisburg area.

Beautiful store. Great clerk. Only reason I might not get there within 90 days is that the store is at least 50 miles away.

The manager at this store is amazing at helping design your bracelet. All the sales associates are super friendly and professional. The store is at a great location in our mall.👍🏻
