Pandora Jewelry

The Pandora store in Camp Hill, PA did not have the merchandise in the store. The store manager ordered this from the Lancaster store and had it delivered to Camp Hill. She is also the one that has helped me several times over the holidays to put together necklace charms and earrings. She was not present when I picked up the merchandise so I cannot remember her name. She is excellent.

This is my second time in this store and the sale associates are very helpful and attentive. I was looking for ring(s) to put with my stackable. The sales associate showed me two beaded wish rings that I can use with my stackable ring or other rings I have. I thought it was great that she showed me those and I love them.

i loved the holiday specials!! i was able to get a bracelet & charm for my best friend and charm for myself. i only wish you didnt have to get stoppers. i feel like thats “where they get you”

I was very satisfied with the associate who helped me for this purchase, however the assistant store manager wasn't really nice at all. No smile what so ever. I wasn't really comfortable when I was asking for some help first time. Was she upset about something? Maybe so, however it wasn't my problem. Ended up I got another sales associate afterwords. The associate who helped me for this purchase was very helpful, nice and I felt very welcomed. People who can't smile for customer service shouldn't even do this type of job. It was after Christmas sale day and busy. So she maybe tired. oh well.

I needed help with a Christmas gift for my wife. Sales was extremely helpful.

Sales associate acknowledged me while helping another customer. She explained all about how the system works. She did not rush and seemed very interested in what I was looking for, even asking other associates for opinions.

Nichole was my sales associate in the Camp Hill, Pa store. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. She was polite and did a great job wrapping my purchase. I will ask for help when I go back to the store.
