I just love your jewelry. In previous weeks have bought several rings. Have a bracelet that ex-husband allowed me to put together that was very pricey that I don't wear and I wish I could exchange for new jewelry. Love the new selection. Love showing off my new pieces.

I was not happy to find out that you had discontinued the reflections collection. You had very few clasp in store. And when I went on line they only had 9 left, 3 were initials ( not mine), 3 were rose gold ( mine is silver), 2 I have and 1I didn't like. Now what's a girl to do?

Everything in store was fantastic! Once I got home and looked at my new bracelet I realized I was missing a charm that I paid for. I am upset that I didn’t get all the charms I paid for.

Pandora’s customer service was amazing and fast. The only problem I had was the lack of merchandise. I felt as if there was a limited amount of items to chose from. Other than that my experience left we satisfied.
