The sales staff has no knowledge of the return policy for purchases made online. After asking a manager for more information they located the ring in the size I was originally searching for. I'm not sure why the clerk didn't check all their stock before stating they had no rings in her size within the store.

Free bracelet was not in my size. She told me I could regift it. I feel if I was offered it, I should be able to get the right size.

I waited for a sales person to help me and when someone else came in the store they asked if they could help them instead of helping me first, then the person that came in the store said that I was here first, then the sales person helped me

It was a good experience overall! I have never been to pandora before so it was all very new to me! The downside is the store is so small which makes it difficult to move around but thankfully there were plenty of associates to help!

The only reason I was not highly satisfied was because of how crowded the store was. It was kind of hard to navigate my way. The sales associates were very kind and helpful.

My husband and I were making 2 separate purchases. The purchases were both charms for my bracelet. His bracelet. I decided to purchase one as he was purchasing 1 and I wanted our purchases done on separate cards. Once I mentioned this our associate asshe'd asked if she could just put them all on the same card. While I understand This process is routine for most, it is not for us.
