I had to wait more then 10 minutes to purchase something. But it was okay I understand it is Valentine’s Day weekend. Fast service as soon as the lady was available.

There were several associates standing around not doing anything before one of them asked to assist me. One was leaning over the countr abd another was playing with her hair. Very unprofessional!

I had a fine time purchasing my rings and dealing with the staff however, the wait to be seen was incredibly inconvenient. I just wish there was another sales associates available.

The store was not stocked with the promotional item. There was no way to be compensated for this item or reference to how to obtain it. It was disheartening especially when my purpose was to gift the item.

The bracelet that was offered for free if $125 was spent was out of stock. I failed to read the fine print. This was very disappointing. Store should have offered some compensation in its place.

I was satisfied with my experience and with my sales associate.

The reason why I went to my local Pandora store is because the customer service for online orders is SUB-PAR! PLEASE don't even think about trying to get your refund along with the FULL AMOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No follow up email regarding my I lost count phone calls, and this is your SUPERVISORS NOT following up with promises made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will have to call AGAIN for follow up to ensure that the remaining balance of my refund is going to happen! POOPY OF THE YEAR AWARD! VERY unhappy with online experience. Store was MUCH BETTER! kah

The sales lady was not very happy or willing to help. She said they didn't have a specific ring in my size but they did and thankfully her coworker heard our conversation and showed her where they were. I wish she could have been more friendly rather than cold.
