I was satisfied with the service but the option of gold charms was very limited. Which made me leaving not getting what I would have like to receive.

The employee that took care of Me was great, I asked to clean my bracelet and another lady did it, it seems she wanted to get ride of Me quick because a full bracelet like mines takes almost an 1hr to clean, she only took 5min.

Just didn’t feel like I was accepted there. The feel was different when I walked in, maybe because I had my kids. Some people look at kids and are annoyed and that is what I pretty much felt.

Victoria was amazing!! She offered so many ideas and options to what I was looking for. She deserves a big fat promotion. :-)

The item I wanted to purchase was not available in the store although the sales associate checked the system and it said there were 2 left in store. I had to go to another pandora location.

Do you have in stock what The item I was shopping for. The store was clean . And the selection was nice

I was very satisfied with my service and my merchandise,Ms.Elizabeth was very helpful and was very caring about what I was looking for.So yes I will return to the Capital City Mall to buy more of my Pandora needs

The store is small in size and the location does not carry nor keep a wide variety of different charms and necklaces in stock. Military personal are not honored at any Pandora locations on a daily basis.

The stire was not at first going to help with my exchange....but with the help and understanding of the assistant manager victoria m. She was able to come to a resalution and highly satisfied conclusion so I will be returning for future purchases.
