I went in to inquire about a specific ring my dil had told me about. I was honestly just trying to find out the price. I asked about the price 3 times but the sales associate kept asking me what size I wanted. She never actually answered my question. I got my answer from looking at the price in the book she left on the counter. She was more than happy to find whatever size I wanted but didn't seem to want to talk price Haha. Other than that oddity, I was very happy with everything!

At times the sales associate seemed pushy; I was there to make a purchase...I was going to make a purchase. I felt crowded when trying to just browse and pressured to make decisions I wasn't ready to make yet.

Charms were throughout the store and made it hard to look at charms side by side. Always room for improvement though.

The store was small. The sales rep that I spoke with seemed stuck up. Not the most welcoming store.

One of the sizes I needed in the You are Loved bracelet was not available. I was also disappointed that the free gift was no longer available. Other than that it was a good experience

My daughter and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before the staff greeted us. There were two sales associates- one sales associate was with a customer, the other associate was stocking- neither associate felt the need to acknowledge us. Once the associate that had been stocking did assist us- she was very curt while assisting us with our purchase.

Earrings were not in stock. Said they would call another store and be in within 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, I heard nothing. Went into store and they didnt have the order or record it was requested from other store. Item ended up being back in stock luckily after the 3 week wait.

The selection was not very good at this location I feel each customer should receive a cleansing cloth with a purchase of 100 or more
