The sales personnel are very friendly and kind. Gave good suggests on filling in the bracelet. Take the time to help with personalization of charms.

It's a smaller store and they didn't carry all the charms or have them in stock.

There was only 2 employees. And there was merchandise in book that was not available or able to be ordered.

I just feel we should have been offered some sort of discount during the holiday season.

The catalog my salesgirl used had no rhyme or reason as to how it was laid out.... So it took some time to find charms I was looking for.

Most of the charms were behind the counter and not easily viewable. We had to give the associate ideas and they selected charms for us to look at from behind the counter. I would have liked to be able to see all that was available.

This day I made two purchases at this store, but the last transaction was the one that I found a bit uncomfortable, since the lady who attended me was a bit rude and I felt that she did not want to help me, I asked for certain charms and she just told me that were in there, pounting the glass without offering to show me until I told her that if I could see them and she made me a terrible face and I take out the charms as if I were not going to buy

It felt as if I was being pushed to buy more rings/ a bigger ring. I just wanted something simple (after I explained that 2x) I ultimately just picked a ring without trying it on because I didn’t want her to try and push the set rings on me.

I had an issue with a charm & they gave me a customer service number that did nothing for me & they couldn’t help me neither
