The sales associate did not take the time to show us the merchandise when selecting charms. It seems as of she were in a hurry.

I WAS satisfied with the product, marketing is so well done my Wife and Mother ask for Pandora products and value the product regardless of true value. I would like coupons to be auto applied in my account. As a male, looking for coupons or saving discounts is the last thing I think of before coming in. Having a coupon auto-applied would make me a happy repeat customer. Especially if I plan to return for Christmas, knowing I have a discount ready to be auto-applied to my account for my next purchase would increase my odds of returning.

When I walked in, there were 2 employees available and no one asked to assist me. I had to stand at the counter with my wallet for them to know I was ready to checkout.

If Pandora will not provide half sizes, they need to provide sizing services. I bought a ring from a very helpful associates who explained that I would either need a too-tight size 5 or a size 6 ring that falls off. I could go next door to Claire’s a buy a rubber ring sizer, but Pandora certainly didn’t carry that, let alone provide it complimentary. If Pandora wants to come back from the charm bracelets of yore, they need to provide appropriately-sized jewelry.

The staff manager was not friendly. No one greeted us upon arrival. The staff manager giving instruction was rude to the other employee and to us.

Bought a necklace around holidays and was told there is a warranty on it . Necklace got caught and stretched out and it looks horrible to wear now so will not wear it but was told warranty will not work for that issue with necklace.

My sales person was rude. Kloei didn’t even take my product out of the bag to make sure it was correct. When I did she rolled her eyes and got smart. Half of my order was missing and when I told her she said ILl GET IT DANG. Just all around rude I asked for the store managers name and she said she didn’t feel comfortable giving me the manager name.

Walked in. Was looked at and ignored. There were employees not waiting on people. There were xmas beads on the counter. I was looking at them..them employee came over with her customer and moved them to her customer. Went to another case and stood there before I was waited on. Again ...not all employees had a customer. I was then waited in and was able to make my purchases
