Because the dependent wasn’t friendly, was so mean, and this is the first time that this happened to me in Pandora 🥺

Wasnt told that $10 from survey can be stacked and used all at once.

They never have what I’m lookin for or want they never have the free gift the you offer they act like they are jealous of the fact if you keep returning to buy thing they for ever have what you want or can’t find it...

I was told I had to wear a mask. I cannot wear one and I have also been vaccinated. Therefore I had to wait for service. I feel as though I should not have to explain myself. I was in the day prior to this and was not wearing a mask and no one ever said a word. There were a ton of people in the store this day. When it was an issue there was only 1 other person in the store. I just feel it is unjust.

In the first visit the sales associate was not friendly nor willing to assist.She had a very stand off fish personality or demeanor

I asked for an e-mail receipt of my purchase and did not receive it. In addition, I tried to do an online purchase and then pick it up in store. I chatted with customer service on Monday because it would not let me change to in store pick up and they were not helpful. They just said the site was overwhelmed when in fact I could not do an online purchase for in store pick up. I called customer service on Tuesday to find out why I could not change my purchase to an in store pick up and she told me I had to go to store. She said I could pay to have it shipped and I said I did not want to pay to have it shipped. She was supposed to check if shipping cost could be waived and call me back and she never did. I am not happy with that level of customer service!

I went in to buy a ring for my daughter s as d asked for a size 7. When I got home the ring was to big so we took it back to try a 6. Didn’t know that the girl gave me a 7 1/2 ring. Just what I wanted to do take 2 trips to the mall but I realize errors happen!

Honestly! Chloe B. from capital city, she has no sales experience, she is rude and in addition to that she is not helpful, I don’t recommend her!

Items I received on my email were not available in the store, “online only” sales, very dissapointing. No special offers for valued clients, my daughter and I buy stuff all the time, means nothing for Pandora. Expensive brand, with no recognition to frecuent clients

The bracelet won't latch to close. It broke my nail. I need to return it for an exchange.
