I bought my wife a necklace and earring set for Valentine’s Day. The associate wrapped it up. But she put the receipt in the gift bag. So on Valentine’s Day my wife found the receipt and knows how much I spent on her and thinks it’s too much

I had purchased a charm for my mother that I was told said “Grandmother, Mom, Daughter” However, upon opening it at home, it said “Mom, Daughter, Granddaughter”. When I went to exchange this charm for another one worth the exact same price, I had to pay an extra 42 dollars. This is because I had bought the original charm during the 45% off sale, which is now over. This is ridiculous considering I only purchased it because I thought it said something else, which was the fault of the salesperson. This is all in addition to trouble I had when I originally purchased it and the salesperson scanned the wrong ones, so I had to do returns that time as well. (Same salesperson). This is not the first time we have had trouble at this Pandora and we are a family that has at least 4 full Pandora bracelets, charms, and rings.

The sales associate did not seem knowledgeable. She was working on another bracelet while she was helping me. I have been to many Pandora shops and have never experienced this poor service.

The sales associate lack cultural awareness Every time I enter the store I must ask for assistance. Whereas I have watch others come in and they are greeted.

On 12/26/22 I purchased a pandora charm. When I got home I did not open this, I bought this for my sisters birthday on 1/16/23. On 1/15/23 I opened this to wrap and it was not in the box. The box wasn't there standard box, it was a cheap fold box that they sealed shut, I know I didn't loose it opening the box. I went back to the store and told them what happened and all they could say was there's no way to verify this so they could not replace it. I had to purchase another charm, which I did since it was for a present for my sisters birthday. When they packed this on they packed in a much better box, I asked why they didn't do this the last time, she said they was out of std boxes around xmas. So to me this is saying it was a packaging issue caused by them. They gave me a number to call, I'm going to call that, if they don't make it right, this will be the last time I buy from them.

When we walked in there were 4 staff members standing talking. They all saw us and not one said hello or how can we help. We had to say excuse me to get their attention. One lady cleaned my bracelet, she did a fabulous job. The lady who “helped” with our shopping was extremely rude, unprofessional and lacked knowledge. I wish we could have had a more pleasant experience for the amount of money we spend with your company. The store was cluttered, trays and paper laying on the counter, obstructing the view of available items. I hope this isn’t the way this store operates, the other stores were much more friendly and accommodating.

I purchased a bracelet and charm for my friend. Once I gave it to her today it was not in the box. I tried on 2 bracelets while in the store and I am not sure if the associate accidentally gave me an empty box or what happened.

I have been to this location several times and this is the first time I had the rudest sales associate she was unpleasant acted as if she didn’t want to be there was very short when we were asking questions and kept checking her Apple Watch her name was Rebecca and she works in the Pandora store at the Capital city mall. I told one of the other sales associates as I was leaving that maybe someone should have a conversation with her about customer service. I do not know the outcome.

The sales associate was very rude because she did not have the time to wait on me because she needed to leave the store to attend a college class.She also failed to show me bracelets and beads that I would have liked to see. My experience was so bad that When I got home I didn’t take anything out of the boxes or bags. The next day I returned $400.00 in merchandise and will never return to the store.

I love Pandora and their merchandise, however I just had the worst experience with their associates. It’s the holidays (mind you I’m a working highschool student) and I was buying my sister some charms and rings for Christmas. Well this woman (who worked at Pandora) had the worst attitude with me during the process of selecting my charms and rings. I couldn’t help but feel she thought I couldn’t afford anything they had. She was being very snarky with me and so I ended up only buying one ring. That could’ve been well over a hundred dollars but because she made me feel as though I was not good enough I only bought one ring. I will say this is unusual, I almost always have a great experience, but something about this one just rubbed me the wrong way! And I can’t say I’ll be coming back anytime soon!
