The employee call Nikki or something like that, was very rude really mean made me feel uncomfortable at the Store like she wants me leave or she was in rush I have a return shee don’t even offer to me get something else I was asking for options she didn’t give me any option her face was like “we don’t have anything else I said was too long for me she didn’t offer other style or anything she was kind of training another girl and I asked if she have a snake chain on gold and she Said yes but I guess she change mind she not even look and said no and not even look ! Worse experience ever at that store I called early at the store and they said they have the product I was asking if they have it for sure because I have to drive 45 min she said yes I was about to give the product number she said she don’t need it And look when I went store they don’t have it anyways worse experience ever feel so uncomfortable I don’t know how they trained this ppl for costumer service they should give a good training because I been there before and ppl are really respected full and with manners and Profesional especially that Nikki was really unprofessional

I went to return a ring that was bought back in October for a bigger size and my sister is in the military and bought it somewhere else and she just got back home and it didn’t fit so we couldn’t return it before the 30 days. So I went in the store to get a smaller size and all the ladies in there were so rude and made me cry, and I will not return and my dad called in to get a managers number and the other girl on the phone was really mean as well.

I feel that I was pressured into a purchase. It sounded like a good deal, then when I got home and saw prices in the book, I noticed I only saved maybe $20..but I didn’t get what I wanted. I would rather pay full price, and get something I WANT.
