The customer service was great. Large variety of charms and products. The ladies were very nice. Great time choosing.

There was a a good amount of associates available to help. The associates that helped me were awesome with me being indecisive of which ring color was best for me.

I was greeted and helped right away. Rease was friendly, helpful and very patient with me. She showed me everything I asked about. She explained how the different bracelets worked. She was very knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured.

The products are beautiful. The sales reps take their time with you and offer lots of suggestions and are very much aware of their products.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience at the Pandora store. Today was my first time in the store. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with what I was looking for and all of the questions that I had. After walking around the store, I will be returning.

The sales associate was nice and helpful in showing the different charms available. She cleaned the one charm that needed to be cleaned and even cleaned my pandora rings for me as well!

I had a great experience

The staff was phenomenal let me start there. I was greeted immediately upon entering it was pretty slow at that time, but soon became busy. The staff allowed me to look and browse without pressure and even gave ideas on charms options. I commend the staff, even with 8-9 people coming in @ one time they remained professional and courteous and made the shopping experience wonderful. They all deserve recognition for their customer service and handling of customers.
