I returned my ladys bracelet because she wanted a larger size. They did not have the exact same one in the size she wanted but they had one comparible for the same price.

Sales person was wonderful! She exchanged it after checking to make sure they had the correct size. I looked @ several beads before picking the perfect one! I wish you had a better selection of "in memory " beads and a "cardinal" bead.

Our sales representative was very helpful, pleasant & knowledgeable of the items she even offered to put my charms on my braclet which no one ever told me before. She also let me know about the advantages Pandora offers as far as cleaning & that the stores will arrange your charms for you

The sales associate Tameka was nice informative and she let me know about the sales and offered additional products and she asked about me And helped my husband pick out a perfect piece to add to my bracelet.

One of the things I was looking for was not in the store and she went out of her way to call around to try and find it

when i walk in the saraf the store manager greeted me even though she was working with a customer i explained the problem i was having the exchange went by smoothing she even suggested item i can buy
