When me and my boyfriend walked into the store, we were greeting very warmly, welcoming, and professionally by all the staff. They were all smiles and let us know if we needed anything, please do not hesitate to ask! We were assisted by Amelia who was very helpful and knowledgeable about Pandora, even assisting me and my boyfriend of getting my first charm bracelet! she showed us all the charms available and even gave her experiences of how she created her own and that helped so much! I wanted to know about the hummingbird charm, and she took the time to see where i could get that and even suggested alternate choices that were similar that i loved! Amelia made it a great experience for me as a first time shopper who didn't know what i wanted coming into the store to leaving with my first charm bracelet a very happy and satisfied customer! =) Will def visit this location alot more and purchase so much! =)

I come to this store for gifts for my mother and I have gotten to know the staff. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am usually assisted by Sadaf, store mgr or Ama! Couldn't ask for more friendly service! The atmosphere is light but professional and the presentation is always immaculate! Product speaks for itself! Excellent!

I was very impressed with the salespeople at this Pandora store. I was greeted immediately upon walking into the store even though they were helping other customers. Their enthusiasm and love of their product was lovely to see. The store was very clean and organized. I will be visiting this store again.
