I would have liked to see more of a selection for the bracelets.

I purchased a bracelet at an outlet location and I wanted to exchange it at a different location but I could not so I had to buy a bracelet here and have to drive to the outlet to return the other one.

Melani was a great counter rep, she knew what she was talking about, and really helped me pick out the best pendant for my girlfriend; I’m sure she’ll love it

I wasn’t highly satisfied due to the fact that the salesperson was very nonchalant. I had to keep asking her to pull out trays whereas she should’ve been the one making suggestions. She showed no knowledge of the charms I was inquiring about and acted as though she had better things to do with her time rather than her job. Had she properly helped me I probably wouldn’t have gotten all the way home to see I had one charm too many for my bracelet or known filling my bracelet would result in difficulty closing the clasp to even put bracelet on.

I was looking for something specific. I didn't find what I was looking for but i found something I kno she'll love. I'll be back to find something else before valentine's day.

Came in for a particular charm they were out of, however the woman showed us similar ones

My locket that closed my bracelet went missing. I went into the store to purchase one and u guys don’t sell them. I had to buy a whole new bracelet. I spent unnecessary money because of it. Now I have a bracelet that I can’t use.

The only reasons to why we were not highly satisfied with out “Pandora experience” is because of how many people were crowded into one small shop

The sale associate was very nice and helpful. Her ultimate goal was to make sure I liked what I was purchasing. Her eagerness help was noticed.

Long wait for merchandise to be brought outside. Clerk had hard time trying to use credit card machine had to have help from co worker.
