Pandora Jewelry

The sales associate did not offer to put my charm on my bracelet. I paid, she gave me a receipt and I put my charm on my bracelet, she never offered. I should have returned it right then and there!!

My first experience with pandora was with a ring that we ordered on line and had to be returned because we needed a smaller size. This process was very complicated and took searches for emails and speaking to mangers in order to be completed even though the receipt was present for the exchange. The most recent experience was with the same ring when only a month after getting it a stone fell out. We took it back to the Sailsbury MD location and while getting it exchanged for another one the sales associate rolled their eyes and was rude while we were trying to ask about the warranty.

I believe the prices are a little steep, especially for the Pandora Me items for children/teens. There should have been more of a selection of the charms. The closest Pandora store near me is an hour away.

Everybody was very nice, the transaction was quick and easy. I could see self coming back in a few weeks to purchase another item

Couldn't locate the Disney charms. There was only 1 staff and 1 customer required a lot of time. Trays had just been reset and pricing was wrong.

I found easily what I was looking for, the price was ok.. and I left as a happy customer.

This time I went no body pushed me to buy anything and I liked that

I came in specifically wanting rose gold rings. They had a small selection, and I found it hard to find what I wanted. I will probably shop online next time

The worker was very friendly and knowledgeable about the particular item I was searching for. She made suggestions that were caught my interest and made my buy more than the item of interest. She also suggested the pandora credit card and told us about recent promotions.

I had a discount coupon I could have used. Wasn't told till after she also said I couldn't use one sale items which I have done before.
