The associate did an exceptional job however I felt like she was trying to sell the new bracelet with the charm. I understand that she probably gets paid on commission, but I was only interested in a specific charm. I am satisfied with the store, service, and my purchase and look forward to returning to your stores.

Manager followed sales associate around the store, while I was looking to purchase something for my special day. This can cause customers to feel uncomfortable which can caused a negative feedback for this survey.

Apply for a credit card and couldn't get but I have cards with the same bank. But other than that the associate was very helpful and she did a wonderful job of helping me and showing me things even though charms I wanted wasn't there. She above and beyond

I felt that Reese was not hopefully with my request. And so unprofessional as well in telling me no.When someone else was helping me. Once she states that she had to call her manager she slams the door to the office. Then state she can do it this time. But the other associated we're very helpful!!!

The staff at this store always seems to be new employees but there are only one or two experienced staff in the store at a time to help train them. This is not enough to help the new employees who aren't familiar with the pos or the inventory and means that you will be waiting to buy your items.

Attend h gave me the wrong size ring went home and didn't realize it was the wrong size. With me and my busy life forgotten about the time frame it ran out and now I'm stuck with a ring that way to big..

They try and pressure you into credit card and buying things. Upsale ok but way too pushy.

Sales associate "Marisa" did not give me "the warm fuzzies". I bought a bangle bracelet and a ring. Marisa tried the bangle on me for fit, and I told her that I had enough charms to fill the bracelet, and asked her if the bracelet would still fit me with all my charms on it. She said "Oh yeah, it will be fine." Well, it's NOT fine. I put my charms on the bangle and couldn't even begin to get it on my wrist. I will be taking it back this evening to get a bigger size. Also, the box that she gave me was not even the box for a bangle...when closed the box lid was sitting on the bangle. Also, she did not even put the box for the ring in my bag. Very poor experience for me for my first visit to the Pandora store in my local mall. Big disappointment.

When I arrived to Pandora, no one greeted me nor seemed friendly. I was waiting around th counter for about 5-7 minutes. Finally someone acknowledged that I wanted to purchase a product and came to help me. My experience at this particular store was completely different than others. Where I am usually welcomed with bubbly smiles and greetings.
