Husband bought me charms for vday and I mentioned to the associate that the last we were here he spent 200 on charms and we received a FREE silver bango bracelet which broke soon as I put it on. The lock piece broke off. I work alot so I didn't bring it right back but I had it when I spoke with her on this visit. She had the nerve to tell me I can take it to Kay's and they will fix it. And we still bought charms this day. So I will be returning these charms to Autumn K. At the Centre in Salisbury and I will by charms from a merchant that cares about there merchandise they sell to there customers. Very disappointing.

My wife had to exchange a ring she got and after taken care of i had to pay the tax on an already completed purchase i should not have had to pay the tax

The woman did not explain that I could not sleep in this bracelet when I purchased it, then proceeded to tell me how I should have asked myself. Then told me it was my fault it broke and she would only take exchange it this one time. When I told her I had noticed it was moving a little funny when I had walked out of the store with it when I purchased it, she then continued to embarrass me further my yelling in my face that I should’ve brought it back as soon as I noticed but I had thought it was just how it looked when it was turned. I will not be shopping there again. Even the manager was extremely rude and allowed her employee to yell at my grandmother who acknowledged she was talking to me very rude. I have never been so embarrassed in a store before.

Sales associate was very rude, and the manager/assistant manager was just as equally rude and condescending. They did not show me ANY charms available, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them even though the store was empty & I provided all of the information I had. They did not ask me what types of charms I was interested in, and they did not bring out any trays to show me any charms. I instead had to ask about charms that I knew existed and were not given any other options.

I went into the pandora in Salisbury MD ain’t he their mall trying to find the same pamdora bracelet I had lost moving. I described it multiple times to the sales associate. And she repeatedly continued to tell me that the bracelet I knew I lost wasn’t pandora and cut me off anytime I would try and explain it to her. She ultimately found the bracelet that was the exact same. But if it wasn’t for my Fiancé at the time she was NOT getting my sale.

There was one manager on duty and she was busy doing something that could have waited until I was waited on because there was something only a manager could approve.
