Holiday Inn

We had my husband's Christmas party there the food was much better than in the past, overall everyone seemed much happier with the change!

Been there before. Nice facility, but man is traffic getting bad. Not the hotel's fault. A little difficult to access.

It was good however the woman who collected the money for our room was rude...

Went to the bar with a friend. Nice atmosphere and good band.

Conference room lights kept flickering. Wi-fi kept disconnecting.

What I did see was clean and ppl were friendly

When traveling we always stay at the Holiday Inn the particular holiday inn in Lakeview Ohio was very dirty the room had stains on the walls the bathroom smell like mildew and the pool area was very dirty I understand it the whole time I was going under renovations but it wasn't clean enough for my family and I I talk to the front desk.. I talked to the lady at the front desk and told her we were leaving they did not charge us and we went to the Crowne Plaza in Independence Ohio...

The decor was very out of date. It seems beat up and dirty overall.
