Holiday Inn

The holiday inn was chosen for me by my company. The beds are hard and the pillows are small. We were booked double occupancy but when house keeping came and took the towels they did not leave as any as they took.

It wasn't really a bad experience but it wasn't great either. There seems to be a lack of staff to get people checked in or out quickly. However the staff was very nice and accommodating. We got there early and the hostess was able to check us in fairly quickly. This considering she had no help and a few people in line. The room was ok with the exception of the strange smell coming from the toilet. Later that evening the toilet wouldn't flush at all. We called the front desk and they sent someone right up, it was working for the rest of the night. But wasn't flushing again by morning. All in all it was ok and I would stay here again for the value only, but it's by no means on the same level as some of the hotels compared to the holiday inn by Hotwire or the hotel.
