the water main was busted so there was no hot watet. we were told this would be fixed quickly. there was no hot water or water pressure our entire stay so we could not even shower. we asked for a non smoking room and we're put in a smoking room. asked to be moved to a non smoking room and we're told no because there was no maid on duty. all my clothes, bags and coat reek like stinky disgusting stale cigarette smoke.
