Parking at this hotel is a nightmare. To have a busy restaurant on the front, they didn't take into consideration how many cars would occupy this place. Not to mention, most of the parking spots close to the door were reserved for valet parking for restaurant customers. Why would the valet take up the parking spots ten feet from the door, and make guests of the hotel park behind or wherever they can find. I was not happy.

The property was nice and the staff was efficient and kind, but to have been rated the top Embassy Suites in the chain in 2014, I wasn't overly impressed. There were s lot of little things that they seemed to be letting slip through the cracks. Things I might not have paid quite as much notice to had they not been the supposed best of the best. They didn't have a pillowcase with the linens for the pullout sofa bed. They didn't leave a spare roll of toilet paper one day and left one of us "stranded". There was no courtesy dirty laundry bag. All towels were piled on the counter on day two rather than tucked neatly away leaving a hand towel hung for immediate use. This just seemed lazy.
