Great service and very clean. Helpful and kind staff. Complementary breakfast and happy hour with appetizers make it a great deal for your money. Will recommend to friends.

There was NO hot water. We had to take cold showers. Very frustrating.

Staff was not very friendly but overall visit was nice. Enjoyed the receptions every night, great way to spend time with clients.

it would be nice to not hear the piano and singer in my 7th floor room. I had to go to set on the bed or turn the TV up loud enough they could hear it next door

Nice hotel.... A bit noisy

I love the hotel and stay here each year for the AEMTA Conference but as much as the rooms cost free wifi should be available in each room.
