The check-in clerk was very rude... She check us into a pet floor without letting us know it was a pet floor. The BARTENDER was the one who helped get us into the correct room on the correct floor. If it weren't for her idk how I would have handle this situation. I think the check-in clerk needs to evaluate her people skills.

Great cook for breakfast. Room needs to be updated and new mattress is needed

We attended a seminar at the embassy. The hotel is always clean and the food is always good. The staff is friendly and attentive and they always make sure that there is plenty of coffee and water for us
